The Copper Country will howl with laughter alongside the Copper Country Humane Society at the Rozsa Center. Raise the Woof in 2025 features comedians Aron Woldeslassie and Mike Brody on stage. Over the years Raise the Woof has become one of the humane society’s largest public fundraisers. And packs the Michigan Tech University Rozsa Center with the community.
We’re just so incredibly lucky to have such a supportive community. It’s so cool to see so many people come out to support these cute little creatures that I see every day. And it’s just nice to see so many animal lovers out there doing even just having a nice night out that supports animals. It’s inspiring to see. – Rebecca Brink, Assistant Shelter Manager, Copper Country Humane Society
The Copper Country Humane Society thanks its community sponsors for their continued support of Raise the Woof traveling to the Copper Country. Throughout the year comedians a part of the Raise the Woof network perform on stages around the country and raise funds for local animal care shelters. The foundation was started by James Uloth who wanted to create a sustainable annual event that creates a steady revenue stream for beneficiaries. Tickets cost 20 dollars for the general public.
