The Tigers completed a weekend sweep of the Orioles with a 7-0 victory yesterday. Tarik Skubal struck out 11 over six innings. Gleyber Torres had two hits and drove in three runs Javier Baéz had two hits and drove in two runs.
The Tigers have won eight of their last 10, and visit the Astros tonight. Jack Flaherty will pitch against Ronel Blanco. Coverage will begin at 7:45 on 99.3 The Lift.
The Brewers broke their four-game losing streak with a 7-1 win over the Cardinals yesterday. Jose Quintana gave up a run over five innings. Christian Yelich had two hits and drove in three runs.
The Brewers have today off, and begin a set against the White Sox in Chicago tomorrow night. Freddy Peralta will start against Bryse Wilson.

In NBA Eastern Conference quarterfinals yesterday…
- The Pistons dropped a 94-93 heartbreaker to the Knicks. The Pistons had a chance to win or tie, as Tim Haradaway, Jr. launched a three-pointer at the buzzer. He missed, because he was hit hard by New York’s Josh Hart. No foul was called, and the game ended. Referee crew chief David Guthrie admitted after the game that the foul should have been called. The Knicks lead the series 3-1, with game five set for tomorrow in New York. Coverage will begin at 7:05 on 99.3 The Lift.
- The Celtics dumped the Magic 107-98. Boston leads that series 3-1.
- The Pacers outscored the Bucks 127-103. Giannis Antetokounmpo had 28 points and 15 rebounds, but no other Milwaukee starter scored more than six points. Indiana leads the series 3-1. Damien Lillard left the game in the first quarter with a non-contact leg injury. Team officials fear it might be an Achilles tendon problem. If it is, he could miss all of next season.

- The Timberwolves edged the Lakers 116-113. Minnesota leads that set 3-1.
